17-Bronchogenic carcinoma nodule

-Study characterization: CT lung window image of the chest at the level of main aortic branches with contrast injection.
-Lesion localization: A small nodule(less than 3 cm in diameter) is seen in the apical segment of the right lung.
-Lesion characterization: This pulmonary nodule measures about --x-- cm with evident speculated margin.
-Differential diagnosis: In absence of history of primary neoplasm in other place in the body, this would be considered a bronchogenic carcinoma until prove otherwise.
Diagnosis: Bronchogenic carcinoma nodule.
