A previous chest X-Ray where done for this patient revealed evidence of a right cardiophrenic angle opacity with well defined borders(not seen in this post).
My differential diagnosis is pericardial pad of fat versus pericardial cyst.
When I did ultrasound for the patient, I saw an area of increased echogenecity of about 4.8x3.7x4.6 cm in diameters anterior to the heart and above diaphragm, picture suggestive of pericardiac pad of fat.
