1- Saccular dilatation of the pulmonary arteries.
2-Causes:
-Congenital, as a part of vasculitis, commonly with Behcet syndrome(one of the most common causes).
-Infection is an important cause as in pulmonary aspergellosis and rarely with tuberculosis and syphilis.
-Behcet syndrome:
*Unknown cause.
*Manifestation includes
Muco-cutaneous ulceration(genitalia and oral cavity), iritis, uveitis, optic atrophy and blindness, arthralgia, arterial aneurysms and venous thrombosis.
